IOn March 28, at the 2nd Huawei Global Commercial & Industrial Visionaries Summit held in Dongguan, Yudian Temperature Control Technology was honored with the “Carbon Road Elite Award” by Huawei for its outstanding practices in green factory construction and low-carbon transformation. This award vividly illustrates the deep integration of intelligent manufacturing and green development.

Founded in 1991, Yudian has leveraged its core technical advantages of stability, precision, and energy efficiency to continuously provide high-efficiency temperature control solutions for manufacturing enterprises across hundreds of industries, including semiconductors, photovoltaics, and lithium batteries. These solutions help customers achieve energy savings, cost reductions, quality improvements, and increased efficiency.

In the new energy sector, Yudian collaborates deeply with leading photovoltaic equipment enterprises, successfully achieving import substitution for high-end temperature controllers. Through technical upgrades, equipment production efficiency has been increased by 8%, supporting the global leadership of domestic photovoltaic equipment. For over a decade, Yudian has partnered with lithium battery leaders to continuously optimize temperature control schemes, significantly reducing production line energy consumption. In the semiconductor field, Yudian products have entered the supply chains of top-tier equipment manufacturers and are successfully applied in key process stages, helping to solve critical technical bottlenecks.

Internally, Yudian has adopted “green” as the foundational theme for its campus construction. At the summit, Tian Long, Assistant to the Chairman of Yudian, delivered a presentation titled “Experience Sharing on Critical Load Power Backup for Xiamen Yudian Temperature Control Technology Low-Carbon Park,” introducing the practical path of building a low-carbon park in collaboration with Huawei. As a national-level specialized and sophisticated “Little Giant” enterprise, Yudian has independently constructed a 60,000-square-meter modern factory with a planned annual production capacity exceeding 10 million units. Building on this, the company fully utilized 5,000 square meters of factory roof resources to deploy 781 high-efficiency photovoltaic modules. This resulted in a 492kW distributed photovoltaic power station supported by a 216kW/430kWh intelligent energy storage system, creating an “integrated solar-storage” microgrid to comprehensively promote green factory construction.

Since the project’s implementation, the park can generate approximately 430,000 kWh of green electricity annually, equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 420 tons. This not only optimizes the park’s energy structure but also significantly increases the proportion of renewable energy used. The project is also Huawei’s first enterprise on-grid and off-grid energy storage project implemented nationwide, setting a green development benchmark for high-energy-consuming manufacturing enterprises to achieve “dual carbon” goals.

Winning the “Carbon Road Elite Award” is a high recognition of Yudian’s long-term green development philosophy and its efforts to promote the green transformation of the manufacturing industry.
