Product Overview

1. High-precision measurement with 0.1% accuracy, with an option for up to 0.05% precision.

2. 4~8 channels of independent isolated inputs, with isolation voltage up to 200VDC, equipped with 4 sets of high-performance 24-bit A/D converters for sampling.

3. Featuring 50Hz high anti-interference performance, even with 4 input channels and high-speed sampling at 20ms, it effectively suppresses power frequency interference, ensuring stable operation in complex industrial environments.

4. Equipped with a built-in independent AD converter for sampling PT100 as room temperature compensation; compatible with both thermocouple and RTD inputs, with each channel configurable for different input types.

5. Support input and output channel programming, cascaded PID control, and up to 8 channels for NPN, PNP, solid-state relay, current, and voltage, as well as 2 alarm outputs. External expansion modules can also be connected to output multiple alarm signals.

6. Support Modbus communication protocol with baud rates from 2400~115200, and offer selectable current or voltage input types.

7. The AI-8848 is compatible with 4 channels of thermocouple and RTD inputs, while the AI-8888 supports up to 8 channels of thermocouple inputs.
